I had a great one-night stay at this place, thanks to the wonderful service from the friendly staff and its fantastic central location.

The units are a decent size with breakfast...

Friendly and helpful Staff. Our tv remote control batteries were replaced without question and we were given a decent supply of fresh milk on request. Comfortable large room. Very good and plentiful hot breakfast.

Our room was close to the highway so trucks at night were a bit noisy. Luckly the Northern Distributor Bypass is now open and there are much fewer trucks passing on Bathurst Road.

Up-to-date rooms with minibar, comfy bed, and friendly staff.

It was clean and warm after the aircon ran for a while.

The front door was opened by somebody during the night?? Luckly I had the safety latch on. The price was expensive when compared to modern hotels found in other areas of the country. I was charged seperately for breakfast when it was supposed to be included in the original quoted price.

the location in a local area was good and there were a market and stores nearby. staff was super pleasant and exceptionally nice. units with breakfast.

The room was super comfy with a queen bed that made sleeping a dream! The 40-inch LCD TV was a nice touch, and the air con kept things cozy. Really appreciated the tea-making facilities for my morning boost. it felt like a perfect little home away from home.

The bathroom looked a bit run down, which didn’t really match the cozy vibe elsewhere.

It was a quiet peacefull and very well located hotel

just the standard of cleaning could be improved, sheets and pillow slips had marks and stains on them also TV was not working correctly and could have been mounted on the wall instead of sitting in draws and blocking mirror

Close to township of Orange, easy access to Motel, plenty of off street parking, quite during the night awway from traffic noise

If on bottom level unit noise from unit above may become a problem especially if there are children in unit

The location is convenient, with clean, modern rooms featuring comfortable beds and bathrooms.

Shower gel in the cubicle was empty. Since we stayed for one night, we can't be bothered to ask the staff to refill it late at night.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. Lovely to have that sort of service when traveling.

The water wasn't consistent in the shower. Kept changing from hot to cold.

Easy check-in and late check-out, very amiable staff. Well-kept & brand-new room, complimentary WiFi and a mini bar in there. Efficient service during my pleasant overnight stay. Large restaurant, parking on-site. Convenient and peaceful location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The staff on Friday evening were happy top help but I felt that saturday night, I wasn't as well received. No rudeness but not as accommodating. Yes, I would stay again as there are always teething issues with a new business and that is what I felt this was.

Idon't believe that the bathroom had been completely cleaned prior to our staying. I found rubbish in garbage bin in bathroom, no towels asn was concenred that the bathmat had been used before but was undressed prior to finding this on the floor.
